摘　　要：目的探讨使用特利加压素治疗感染性休克的护理体会。方法 66例感染性休克患者根据其选用的升压药物随机分为特利加压素组和多巴胺组,两组间比较对护理要求的差异。结果两组间对护理要求的差异明显。结论对于使用特利加压素治疗的感染性休克患者来说,护理工作的要求更高,并要求护理人员掌握一些新的休克护理的理念和技能。Objective To report the nursing experience in use of terlipressin for septic shock. Methods Sixly-six cases of septic shock according to their selected drugs were divided into dopamine group and terlipressin group, and the different nursing requirements were compared between the two groups. Results There was a significant difference in the care requirements between the two groups. Conclusion In the use of terlipressin for the treatment of septic shock, the higher level nursing is demanded, and the nursing staff will be required to master some new ideas and skills about shock.
