摘　　要：目的了解临床医务人员洗手依从性的现状,识别影响医务人员洗手依从性的因素,并提出相应管理措施。方法对我院基层医院医务人员的洗手行为进行随机抽样调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果临床医务人员洗手率较低,依从性为30.2%;洗手合格率较低,合格率仅为29.6%。其主要原因为洗手设备不方便和工作繁忙没有时间。结论基层医院医务人员洗手依从性有待于进一步提高,要着手进行相关知识的培训和完善手卫生设施的配备等全方位干预措施。Objective To explore the condition of hand-washing compliance among healthcare workers, and find the factors which influence the hand-washing compliance of the healthcare workers. Methods Their behavior of hand-washing compliance was investigated randomly,and the survey results were analyzed. Results The hand-washing compliance rate was 30.2%. The hand-washing accurate rate was 29.6%. The reasons for low hand-washing compliance were no time and no conveni-ent machines. Conclusion The hand-washing compliance of the healthcare workers need to been promoted. What should be done is to train them with the related knowle dge and to make the facilities of hand washing perfect.
