摘 要:改进了苯胺盐酸盐催化合成双胺芴的方法,利用甲苯除水促进了反应速度,降低了反应温度,提高了反应产率;并探讨了不同酸苯胺盐的催化效果及催化剂用量、苯胺用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对双胺芴合成产率的影响.实验结果表明,当n(苯胺)n∶(PhNH2·HCl)n∶(芴酮)=101∶.51∶,温度130℃,反应6 h时,双胺芴的产率达88.2%.并且过量苯胺得到回收,减少了对环境的污染,有利于双胺芴工业化生产.An improved method for the synthesis of 9,9-bis(4-aminophenyl)fluorene(BPF),which used aniline hydrochloride salt as catalyst,was investigated in this paper.The reaction rate was accelerated,the reaction temperature reduced and the yield that used toluene to remove water from the reaction reagent increased.Moreover,the effects of reaction conditions,such as the different acid salts used as catalysts,the amount of catalyst,the amount of aniline,reaction temperature and reaction time for the yield of BPF were discussed.The experimental results showed that the high yield of BDF was achieved to 88.2%,when the reaction was carried out for 6 h at 130 ℃ and when the proportions of reagent were n(aniline)∶n(PhNH2·HCl)∶n(fluorenone)=10∶1.5∶1.It was in favor of reducing the environmental pollution,as the excess of aniline was recycled.This new method will make the industrialization of BPF more easily.
