摘　　要：介绍了"内部监理"机制的特点及某专用公路实行内部工程监理的具体实施办法,从监理机构的组成及管理、工程质量监理及工程进度监理等方面,对有关问题进行了讨论,并结合工程实例。According to the example of construction, the characteristics of ＂inner supervision＂system and the detailed methods for inner supervisor of proprietary road were introduced, Include structure of supervision company and management, construction quality supervision, schedule supervision and so on.
