摘 要:文章在分析涌水量特征及岩体裂隙、孔隙发育之间关系基础上,根据钻孔涌水量变化特征对不同层段含水介质类型进行了划分。结合现场四种不同试验方案的注浆压力特征及其效果对比分析,最终确定"化学预注浆+分层注浆施工工艺"为最终方案,利用该方案顺利通过该含水层。并得出了高压特大含水层预注浆关键技术和方法是:根据钻孔涌水量变化特征分析确定含水层不同层段含水类型,根据不同含水类型介质选择合理的注浆材料,并采用以单孔涌水量为标准的分层注浆施工工艺。Base on the analysis on the relationship between the features of the mine water inrush quantity as well as the rock crack and pore development,the variation features of the borehole water inrush quantity were applied to divide the water type in the different layer and section.In combination with the comparison and analysis on the grouting pressure features and effects of the site four different experiment plans,the "chemical pre-grouting + sectional grouting construction technique"was set as the final plan.The final plan was successfully applied to pass through the aquifer.The key technology and method of the pre-grouting for the high pressure and large water aquifer was obtained.Base on the variation features of the borehole water inrush quantity,the water type in different layer and section of the aquifer was analyzed and determined.The rational grouting material should be selected base on the different water type medium.The single borehole water inrush quantity was applied as the standard slicing grouting construction technique.
