摘 要:通过HTPB推进剂定应变老化实验,采用单向拉伸法测定其力学性能和溶胀法测定其凝胶百分数、相对交联密度等性能参数,对其定应变老化性能规律进行了研究。研究表明:HTPB推进剂定应变老化力学性能是由热氧老化和粘合剂/填料界面损伤两个因素共同作用决定的,其随老化时间的延长大体可分为三个阶段,一是热氧老化占主导的阶段;二是由粘合剂/填料界面损伤占主导的阶段;三是热氧老化占主导的阶段。并且,若HTPB推进剂在定应变老化过程中产生了较为严重的粘合剂与填料间的界面损伤时,则凝胶百分数、相对交联密度随老化时间的变化规律与力学性能的变化规律不同。Based on HTPB propellant aging experiment with constant strain,the mechanical properties are measured under condition of uniform speed,and the gel fraction and relative number of crosslinking bonds (RNB) are measured via swelling test.The chemical aging and binder/filler interface damage are two reciprocal competitive factors that determine the aging mechanical properties of HTPB propellant under constant strain.The aging behavior under constant strain can be divided into three stages including stage one that is dominated by the chemical aging;stage two that is dominated by the binder/filler interface damage;and stage three that is dominated by the chemical aging.The gel fraction and RNB changing laws are different form mechanical properties as the severe damage of interface between binder and filler comes into being under condition of HTPB propellant aging experiment with constant strain.
