摘　　要：目的··：提高海洛因依赖者在脱毒治疗中的依从性，降低脱失率。方法··：在海洛因依赖者的脱毒治疗中应用治疗社区技术，并与单纯的脱毒做对照研究。结果··：治疗社区技术能明显提高戒毒者的依从性，平均住院天数达到１５ｄ±ｓ５ｄ，脱失率２６．３％，明显优于对照组；并有３６．８％的戒毒者在２０ｄ的脱毒治疗程序结束后积极加入到０．５－１ａ的康复治疗程序中。结论··：治疗社区技术在我国是可行的，本研究结果为进一步将治疗社区技术引入康复治疗提供了经验。Objective: To improve the compliance of heroin addicts and reduce the rate of drop off. Method: Therapeutic community was implemented in the detoxification of heroin addicts, and compared with the control group. Result: Therapeutic community increased the compliance of heroin addicts, the average duration of hospitalization was 15 ds 5 d, the proportion of drop off was 26.3%, which was markedly better than those of the control group. In the group integrated with therapeutic community technique, 36.8% of patients applied for continuing rehabilitation after 20-day detoxification. Conclusion: Therapeutic community was partly feasible in current situation and can be introduced into rehabilitation treatment.
