摘　　要：笔者所在公司全钢成型工序有两台LCZ-G全钢丝载重子午胎高效成型机,用于全钢丝载重子午线轮胎的胎胚一次法成型,具有效率高、更换轮胎规格容易、操作灵活方便等优点。该机为三鼓成型机,设备主要机械构成有辅助鼓、成型鼓、贴合成型鼓,以及为在各个鼓上完成胎胚复合成型的胎体供料架、带束层供料架等其它装置。在多年的生产使用中,发现该成型机带束层供料架动作烦琐、维修点多、故障率高,大大影响了该机台的成型班产量。笔者对该成型机带束层供料架装置从机械结构上进行了改造,从根本上解决了故障的发生,有效提高了成型产量。This article describes the mechanical structure reconstruction program of LCZ-G all steel truck radial tire belt feeding device ,practice shows that reconstruction measures from the fundamental solution to the belt feeding device for the frequent failure to effectively improve the composite accuracy of belt, then the former class tire production increased 12 green tyres. After modified, reduced the electrical control rack and pneumatic components, make structure compact, much smaller footprint and saving space for the belt feeding device.
