回心康片对大鼠实验性心肌缺血的保护作用

摘　　要：滇产回心草为真藓科植物大叶藓(Rhodobryum roseum(Hedw)Limp.)的干燥或新鲜全草,民间广泛用于治疗心脏病.回心康片是以滇产回心草为主要原料研制的复方制剂.采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉造成心肌缺血的模型,观察了回心康片对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用.结果显示:回心康片有减轻心肌缺血的作用,使S-T段上抬减轻;1g/kg及2g/kg组均使心肌梗塞范围缩小(P<0.05,P<0.01);血清CPK降低显著(P<0.05).Tablets of Huixmkang (HXK) is a traditional Chinese complex medicine which consist of major contents from Rhodobryum Roseym ( Hedw. ) Limp. It is considered as the treatment of coronary heart disease, neurassthenia in folk. It is extensive distribution and abundant resource in Yunnan province. In this paper, we have made an acute ischemia model by ligaturing coronary artery on rat. We have observered that HXK protect against ischemia injury in the model, after we prevehtived inoculation of suitable dosage HXK in rats.It's showed that HXK used dosage of 1 g. kg-1and 2 g. kg-1 could reduce myocardial ischemia injury in a rat ischemia model by ligaturing coronary artery. HXK lowered S - T segment sraise that showed injury extent, narrowed the infraction ranges and reduced levels of CPK.(Original article on page 163)
