海南大学生健康教育现状、需求分析及对策研究

摘　　要：了解海南大学生健康教育开展状况与需求分析,为加强高校健康教育与促进大学生健康管理提供参考依据。方法:采用自制调查表了解大学生健康教育课程开展状况。结论:健康教育课程的开课率比较低,大学生获取健康知识主要靠自学;认为开设公共选修课是课程的最佳形式;课程内容主要集中在饮食与营养、社会健康、心理健康、急救技术与常见疾病预防等;对学校健康服务满意率比较低。对策与建议加强健康教育宣传,提高健康教育课程的开课率;构建适合大学生健康需求的课程体系,满足大学生对健康知识与技能的需求;创新高校健康服务模式,提高高校健康服务质量。To carry out situation and needs analysis of health education of university students in Hainan,to provide reference for strengthening the university health education and promotion health management of university students.A self-made questionnaire about health education present situation.Conclusions Health education programs out rate is relatively low,access to health knowledge depends mainly on self-learning;approved the form of the public elective courses are best effective;course content focused on diet and nutrition,community health,mental health etc.;on the school health service satisfaction rate is relatively low.To enhance health education and promotion,improving health education courses out rate;construct the health needs of college students curriculum to meet the students on health knowledge and skills needs;innovative university health services model,improve college health service quality.
