经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌的临床应用价值。方法对96例可疑性前列腺癌患者进行回顾性总结分析。结果本组96例其中39例确诊为前列腺癌,占40.6%,前列腺增生者54例,占56.3%,前列腺结核1例,前列腺平滑肌肉瘤2例。结论经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检术方法操作简便,快速准确,并发症少,组织学确诊率高,是很受临床医生认可的介入方法。Objective To explore the values of transrecal ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate cancer.Methods All 96 cases of aortic dissection were analyzed by ultrasonography.Results 39 cases（40.6%） were prostate cancer,54 cases（56.3%） were prostate hyperplasia,1 cases were prostate tuberculosis,2 cases were prostate neoplasia in 96 cases.Conclusion Biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound is convenient and safe,patients suffer less and have few complications,well accepeted by patients and approved by the clinical doctors.
