量效曲线实验微机化及其作图的优化

摘  要:采用MS302生物信号记录分析系统,使量反应量效曲线实验微机化,可明显改善原始记录图像的质量;其光标测量技术提高了实测效应数据的准确性和可靠性。将实测效应(E)经线性回归处理,求得期望效应(E),再按栏绘制量效曲线图。其S型比较典型,图标KD值(解离常数)与理论计算值相符,比按实测效应作图效果明显优化。The qUality of original recoil pob was obviously improved by using MS302 bio~ reCOil analpingsystem to make dOSe -- responSe curve (DRC) experiment computerics. The highlight meaSUrement inc~ theaccrsy and credibility of actual measured daal. The expeCted effect (E) was obtained by linear ~ion of aCtualmeasured effeCt (E). Then DRC of dose nahon was made, the S -- shape curve was ~ typical and graph -- malledKD value was in accoldance with that of lheorehcal calculahon. The curve effect made ho ~ effect (E) was betterthan that from actual measured effect.
