摘  要:目的:建立九味羌活丸(羌活、防风、苍术、细辛、川芎、白芷等)中黄芩苷、甘草酸和异甘草素的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil ODS1(200 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm)。流动相:甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸梯度洗脱;流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:0~8 min为276 nm,8~15 min为370 nm,15 min以后为250 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.155 0~3.100 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率99.23%,RSD为0.52%。甘草酸在0.195 9~3.918 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率98.81%,RSD为0.53%。异甘草素在0.012 4~0.248 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率99.11%,RSD为0.72%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行、重现性好、可作为九味羌活丸的质量控制。AIM:To develop an HPLC method for determining baicalin,glycyrrhizic acid and isoliquiritigenin in Jiuwei Qianghuo Pill(Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Radix et Rhi-zoma Asari,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae dahuricae,etc.).METHODS:The column Kromasil ODS1(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5.0 μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% acetic acid with a gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength respectively was set at 276 nm in the range of 0-8 min,370 nm in the range of 8-15 min,250 nm in the range of 15-40 min.RESULTS:The linear range of ba-icalin was 0.155 0-3.100 0 μg,r = 1.000 0.The average recovery was 99.23%(RSD = 0.52%).The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.195 9-3.918 0 μg,r = 1.000 0.The average recovery was 98.81%(RSD = 0.53%).The linear range of isoliquiritigenin was 0.012 4-0.248 0 μg,r = 1.000 0.The average recovery was 99.11%(RSD =0.72%).CONCLUSION: This method is convenient and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control in production of Jiuwei Qianghuo Pill.
