摘　　要：目的:建立龙胆药材中龙胆总苷和龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苦苷和獐牙菜苷3种环烯醚萜类成分的含量测定方法,并测定全国14个省份的龙胆药材中各种成分的含量。方法:以龙胆苦苷为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在270 nm波长处测定龙胆总苷的含量;采用高效液相色谱法测定龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苦苷和獐牙菜苷的含量,采用Agela Venusil XBP-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(17∶83)为流动,检测波长为254 nm;流速为1 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果:实验的相关性分析表明,龙胆苦苷含量与龙胆总苷成正比关系。3个成分的回收率在95%～105%之间。结论:龙胆苦苷反映了龙胆质量的变化,所以可以作为质量标注。AIM：To determine the contents of total glucosides,gentiopicrin,sweroside and swertiamarian in Radix gentianae from fourteen provinces in China.METHODS：UV method was applied to the determination of glucoside content at the wavelength of 270 nm.And HPLC method was used to simultaneously assay the contents of gentiopicrin,sweroside and swertiamarian,on Agela Venusi XBP-C18 column with mobil phase（methanol（17）：water（83）） at the wavelength of 254 nm and flow rate of 1 mL/min,and at the temperature of 30 ° C.RESULTS：The experiment showed that gentiopicrin content was in proportion to total glucosides content from the viewpoint of correlation analysis.Recovery rate of three components fell with 95% ～ 105%.CONCLUSION：Gentiopicrin content reflects the change in quality of Radix gentianae,so it can replace total glucoside as quality standard.
