摘 要:为了深入研究多孔端面机械密封动压效应的形成机制,通过建立多孔端面机械密封的分析模型,采用AN-SYS CFX软件求解三维N-S方程,得到环两侧在无压差时总压分布和不同压差时静压分布;以液膜平均动压力为参照,得到不同工况参数对密封端面动压效应的影响规律,并结合压力分布云图对结果进行分析。研究表明:流体介质压力增加,平均动压力变化不大;增大转速、提高密封介质黏度可以明显提高多孔端面机械密封的动压效应。ANSYS CFX提供一种更便捷、准确的计算方法,实现对膜压分析更合理、真实的数值模拟。To analyze the mechanism of hydrodynamic pressure effect in the mechanical seals with porous face ,an analysis model was developed for mechanical seals with porous face, the 3D N-S equation was computed based on ANSYS CFX, and the distribution of total pressure was obtained when there was no differential pressure on the two sides of the ring as well as the distributions of static pressure in differential pressure on the two sides of the ring. By taking the average dynam- ic pressure as a reference,the regulation of various condition parameters' influence on hydrodynamic pressure effect was obtained and the results were analyzed by the contour of the pressure distribution. It is found that the average dynamic pressure has scarcely changed with increasing fluid pressure;substantial hydrodynamic pressure effect can be caused on the mechanical seal face with porous by increasing rotational speed and liquid viscosity. ANSYS CFX gives a more convenient and accurate calculation method and achieves more reasonable and factual numerical simulation to the liquid film pressure.
