摘 要:分别对剂量为120,250,500kGy辐照交联和普通未处理的超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)4种样品进行划痕性能、接触角、表面硬度、蠕变性能和结晶度等测试,并在UMT—II多功能摩擦试验机上考察不同辐照剂量下交联UHMWPE的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:UHMWPE样品的稳定划痕系数在0.35~0.5之间;随着辐照剂量的增加,接触角减小,润湿性能改善;辐照后UHMWPE的球压硬度比未处理的高,其中500kGy辐照剂量的样品是未处理的1.45倍;辐照后UHMWPE的抗蠕变性能好,结晶度比未处理的高;辐照后UHMWPE的磨损率比未处理的小,其中辐照剂量为120kGy处理后的UHMWPE磨损率最小。Some tribological tests such as scratch property, angle of contact, surface hardness, creep property and crystal- linity were investigated on the samples of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) including untreated and cross-linked under the doses of 120,250,500 kGy . The tribological properties of the samples of UHMWPE under different doses were performed on a UMT-II Micro-tribometer. The experimental results show that the stable scratch coefficient of UHMWPE samples is between 0. 35 and 0. 5. With the increasing of the radiation dose, the angle of contact decreases, so the wetting property is improved. The radiated samples have higher ball-indentation hardness values, better creep resistance and higher crystallinity than the untreated one, and the sample cross-linked under the dose of 500 kGy shows an improvement of hardness value by 145 percent. The results of friction and wear test show that the radiated samples exhibit a lower wear rate compared with the untreated one ,in which the sample cross-linked under the dose of 120 kGy has the lowest wear rate.
