摘 要:在化学镀Ni-P合金镀液中添加自润滑复合颗粒MoS2,制备以45#钢为基体的Ni-P-MoS2化学复合镀层,并研究MoS2固体微粒的镀前预处理技术和化学复合镀层的制备工艺。通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪分析复合镀层的表面形貌、结构,在球盘试验机上研究MoS2的添加量对镀层耐磨及减摩性能的影响,并测试复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,制备的Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层为非晶态结构,结合力紧密并具有优异的自润滑性能;MoS2的加入可以显著提高Ni-P/MoS2合金镀层的耐磨、耐蚀及减摩性能。Composite electroless Ni-P-MoS2 deposited on 45 steel was prepared by adding self-lubricating particle MoS2 into electroless Ni-P alloy bath. The pretreatment technology of MoS2 and preparation craft of eleetroless composite plating were studied. Surface topography and composition were analysed by metalloscope and XRD. The effect of MoS2 volume of addition on deposite' s wear resistance and antifriction properties was researched on testing machine. Corrosion resistance was tested. The results indicate that Ni-P-MoS2 alloy deposited was of amorphous structure with tight bond and excellent self-lubricating property. Ni-P-MoS2 composite deposited is improved in wear resistance, corrosion resistance and antifriction by adding a mount of MoS2.
