摘 要:采用激光熔覆对冷作模具进行修复。基于Cr12冷作模具钢的组织和性能特点,对Cr12模具钢分别采用铁基和镍基两类自熔性合金粉末进行激光熔覆试验,分析合金熔覆层的组织结构、硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明,熔覆层与基体之间实现很好的冶金结合,在干摩擦磨损条件下,组织较为均匀、韧性较好的Fe901铁基激光熔覆合金的耐磨性比较高。采用Fe901铁基合金对实际失效模具进行修复,取得良好的效果。Cold working die was repaired by laser cladding technique. According to the properties of Crl2 cold working steel ,the experiments of laser cladding Ni-based and Iron-based alloy powder on the surface of Crl2 steel were carried out. The micro-hardness and microstructure of the coatings were analyzed, the wear resistance was compared. Experimental re- sults show that excellent metallurgical bonding can be obtained between cladding coating and substrate, and the Fe901 la- ser cladding alloy has excellent wear resistance. The failure Crl2 dies were repaired by laser cladding and excellent repai- ring quality was obtained.
