摘 要:随着旋转机械向高转速、高参数方向发展,气体轴承支承旋转机械的稳定性问题越来越突出。为提高系统的稳定性,人们在单一的、简单结构的静、动压气体轴承的基础上,开发了具有弹性支承、较大阻尼的复杂结构气体轴承。箔片、橡胶圈、金属丝网阻尼器等弹性支撑单元的出现,使得系统在运行过程中出现复杂的静、动态不对中状态,系统的动力学特性也呈现出非线性现象。因此,气体轴承支承旋转机械的稳定性问题不再局限于气体轴承本身,而是由气膜力、弹性支撑力、转子动态激励等相互耦合作用的结果。从气体轴承支撑结构的角度,对气体轴承进行分类,并总结各类轴承的优缺点;对气体轴承、转子-气体轴承系统、转子-气体轴承-弹性支承系统研究现状进行总结;并介绍转子-气体轴承-弹性支承系统中不对中问题;对国内外研究现状进行分析和发展预测。With the development of rotating machinery to high speed, high-parameter, the stability of rotating machinery supported with gas bearing is increasingly prominent. In order to improve stability of the system, based on simple structure gas bearing,some complex structure gas bearings with flexible support and some damping were proposed. Flexible support units such as foil, rubber ring, metal mesh damper make the system appearing complex static and dynamic misalignment condition,the dynamics of the system also presents a abundant nonlinear phenomena. Therefore, stability of rotating ma- chinery supported by gas bearing is not limited to gas bearing itself, but by the film strength, elastic support force, rotor dynamics and their coupling. The gas bearing was classified according to the support structure of gas bearing, the advantages and disadvantages of various types of gas bearings were summarized. The research status focused on gas bearing, rotor - gas bearing system,rotor - gas bearing - flexible support system was reviewed, the study on misalignment problems was introduced. The dynamic analysis and development forecasts were prospected.
