摘 要:电池特性决定了电池SOC和电池劣化程度的预测成为电动汽车开发的一个难点,对电动汽车用动力电池组数据采集是研究电池组性能的前提。研究了CAN总线在电动汽车电池采集系统的应用,主要介绍了用于电动汽车动力电池采集系统的软硬件设计,以及LabVIEW上位机软件编程,对采集数据进行传输、存储和分析。通过模拟工况测试,采集电池的电压、电流、温度等参数,并给出了电压和电量变化曲线。研究证明,此方法能简单而精确地采集电池的状态参数,为动力电池技术的发展提供可靠的实验数据,为分析锂离子电池各个方面的性能以及维护提供一些基础数据。Power battery data collection is the necessary prerequisite for studying the performance of the battery pack.The application of CAN-bus in battery data acquisition system of electric vehicle was described in this paper.The software and hardware were designed in the acquisition system.Host computer software code was programmed based on LabVIEW.At last,by simulating the working conditions,the battery voltage,current,temperature and other parameters were collected,which were transported,stored and analyzed and the voltage and power curves were given according to the collected data.The research and testing results show that the various kinds of state parameters can be collected simply and accurately by this method.The reliable experimental data can be used to study the power batteries and analyze the various aspects of performance of lithium-ion battery,which can be the basic data for maintaining lithium-ion battery.
