摘 要:目的建立手消毒剂中复合醇定性定量测定方法。方法采用气质联用仪和气相色谱方法,对手消毒剂中多种醇类成分进行鉴定和含量测定。结果用气质联用仪可对手消毒剂中4种醇的成分作出定性鉴定。用气相色谱法测定,异丙醇加样回收率为100.5%~103.1%,检出限量为0.0159μg/ml;三氯叔丁醇回收率为97.4%~101.4%,检出限量为0.1065μg/ml;乙二醇回收率为97.2%~103.7%,检出限量为0.1065μg/ml;丁二醇回收率为99.0%~102.1%,检出限量为0.1065μg/ml。结论本方法对复合消毒剂中多种醇成分可作出定性鉴定,同时能准确测定各成分含量,方法具有很好的可操作性和精确性。Objective To establish an accurate method for the identification and quantification of alcohol compounds in hand disinfentant.Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and gas chromatography(GC) methods were used respectively to identify and quantitate the alcohol compounds of hand disinfentant.Rusults Four alcohol compounds of hand disinfectant were analysed with GC-MS method.By GC analysis,isopropyl alcohol recovery rate was 100.5%-103.1% and its detection limit was 0.0159 mg/ml,chlorobutanol recovery rate was 97.4%-101.4% and its detection limit was 0.1065 mg/ml,ethylene alcohol recovery rate was 97.2%-103.7% and its detection limit was 0.1065 mg/ml,butanediol recovery rate was 99.0%-102.1% and its detection limit was 0.1065 mg/ml.Conclusions The method can be used to not only identify the alcohol compounds but also accurately measure the composition in hand disinfectant.Moreover,it has good maneuverability and accuracy.
