摘 要:目的观察速干手消毒剂对临床分离医院感染致病菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒剂杀灭常见医院感染致病菌的效果进行了实验室检测,同时与标准菌株作平行比较。结果该速干性手消毒剂原液中含葡萄糖酸氯己定5 000 mg/L与体积分数75%乙醇。用其原液体积分数6.25%的消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内20株临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.83%,对铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、粪肠球菌、白色念珠菌平均杀灭率均达到99.9%以上。相同条件下,对相应细菌的标准株平均杀灭率为99.94%~100%。结论该院临床分离的5种医院感染致病菌对含乙醇与葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒剂的抗力略高于相应的标准菌株。Objective To observe the bactericidal efficacy of alcohol-based hand-disinfectant to clinical isolated nosocomial infection pathogens.Method Suspension quantitative bactericidal test was used in laboratory to test the bactericidal efficacy of the disinfectent to nosocomial infection pathogens compared with standard bacterial.Result The alcohol-based hand-disinfectant content 5 000 mg/L gluconate chlorhexidine and 75% alcohol.The average killing rates for Staphylococcus aureus clinical isolated by the disinfectant diluted to 6.25% was 99.83%.The average killing rates for Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii,Enterococcus faecalis and Candida albicans all reached over 99.9%.At the same condition,the average killing rates to the standard strain were 99.94%-100%.Conclusion The resistance to gluconate chlorhexidine and alcohol of the clinical isolated pathogens were higher than the standard strain.
