医用皱纹纸与全棉布包装材料的性能观察

摘　　要：目的比较医用皱纹纸与全棉布包装材料的阻菌效果等相关性能。方法采用细菌检验方法,对医用皱纹纸与棉布包装材料包装医疗用品的灭菌后储存和阻菌效果进行了比较观察。结果医用皱纹纸包装和棉布包装的医疗用品经压力蒸汽灭菌后抽样检测全部无菌生长。棉布包装医疗用品储存至第30 d,检出有菌生长;医用皱纹纸包装医疗用品储存至6个月仍保持无菌。结论医用皱纹纸作为灭菌器材包装,其阻菌效果和储存期限均优于棉布包装。Objective To compare the bacterial resistance effect of the medical crepe paper and cotton packaging materials and other related properties.Methods Bacteriological examination was used to compare the bacterial resistance efficacy between the medical crepe paper and cotton packing material after sterilization.Results There were no bacteria growth of medical supplies in medical crepe paper packaging and cotton packaging after the pressure steam sterilization.Bacteria growth could be detected in cotton packing medical supplies store for 30 d.It could not be detected in medical crepe paper medical packing supplies storage for 6 months after sterilization.Conclusions As packaging equipment for sterilization,medical crepe paper are better than cotton packing in bacterial resistance.
