气相色谱法测定消毒剂戊二醛含量的准确性观察

摘　　要：目的建立毛细管气相色谱法对消毒剂戊二醛含量的分析方法。方法采用SGE H2极性大口径毛细管气相色谱仪,确定其对消毒剂戊二醛含量测定参数。结果戊二醛含量在10~1000μg/ml范围内,用该气相色谱法检测线性良好,相关系数大于0.999,回收率92%~104%,相对标准偏差小于3%,最低检出限为0.05 mg/L。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,样品不经前处理稀释后可直接进样检测,结果准确可靠。Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatography method of content analysis of glutaraldehyde disinfectant.Methods SGE H2 polar wide-bore capillary gas chromatography was used to determine the parameters of glutaraldehyde disinfectant analysis.Results When glutaraldehyde content were 10~1000 μg/ml,the gas chromatography had good linear correlation coefficients,which was more than 0.999.The recovery rate was range from 92% to 104%,the relative standard deviation was less than 3%,the lowest detection limit was 0.05 mg/L.Conclusions The method is simple,sensitive,reproducible.Sample can be directly test without pre-treatment,and the result is accurate and reliable.
