摘　　要：目的了解温州市医疗卫生单位实验室生物安全柜运行及性能状况,确保其安全运行。方法用仪器采样法对本辖区内医疗卫生单位生物安全柜微小气候等相关指标进行了检测。结果噪声的合格率最低仅为37.50%,而照度的合格率为100%。疾病预防控制中心的生物安全柜的洁净度、气流流向、窗口风速、垂直气流风速的合格率明显高于医院。进口和国产生物安全柜各项检测指标合格率有差异;A2型生物安全柜性能明显好于B2型。结论温州市医疗卫生单位的生物安全柜在微小气候和噪声等指标存在不合格问题,应加强生物安全柜管理和维护。Objective To know the conditions of operation and performance states of the bio-safety cabinets in the laboratory of medical and health units in Wenzhou.Methods On-the-spot examination with instruments was carried out to examine microclimate of bio-safety cabinets in the laboratory.Results The eligible rate of noise level of the bio-safety cabinets in lowest,was 37.5%.The illumination pass rate was 100%.The passing rate of cleanliness,air flow,windows,wind speed,vertical flow velocity of the bio-safety cabinets in CDC were significantly higher than those in hospital.There were differences in eligible rate between imported bio-safety cabinets and domestic bio-safety cabinets.A2 type biological safety cabinet＇s performance was significantly better than B2 type.Conclusions There are some problem in noises and microclimate of the biological safety cabinets in Wenzhou medical and health units.We should strengthen bio-safety cabinet management and maintenance.
