重症监护室环境设施与呼吸机相关肺炎知晓率调查

摘　　要：目的了解成都市医疗机构重症监护室环境设施与呼吸机相关肺炎知识知晓情况,加强呼吸道医院感染预防和控制。方法采用现场查看及问卷调查方式,对成都市9所二、三级医疗机构重症监护室进行了调查。结果所调查的医疗机构中,有75%以上重症监护室空气通风及消毒设施良好,有50%的重症监护室洁污通道及手卫生设施不规范、无呼吸机附件专用清洗、干燥的场所,9所医疗机构重症监护室79名护士对呼吸机相关肺炎知识知晓率平均为50.3%,对消毒相关措施的知晓率为48.3%。结论所调查的重症监护室布局流程和手卫生设施多数不规范,工作人员对呼吸机相关肺炎知识知晓率较低。Objective To enhance the prevention and control measures by investigating the environmental sanitation facilities and the awareness rate of the VAP in ICUs in Chengdu area.Methods Surveys were made by means of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaires in nine ICUs in Chengdu.Results More than 75% ICUs were well ventilated and were equipped with disinfectors.In half of ICUs the clinic path,hand hygiene facilities,respirator rinsing and drying site were unqualified for the criteria.The average awareness rate of VAP and disinfection methods among 79 nurses were 50.3% and 48.3% respectively.Conclusion The layout and hand hygiene facilities are irrational and the awareness rate of VAP among healthcare works is low in most ICUs in this research.
