临沂市生态水城规划建设的实践与思考

摘　　要：在分析山东省临沂市大水城规划建设中存在问题的基础上,从满足大水城水量要求的水工程规划建设、水安全要求的城市防洪工程规划建设、改善水质提升河流品质的水生态及水环境工程规划建设、两岸开发需求的跨河及其沿河的交通工程规划建设、水文化和工程管理规划建设等方面探讨了适合跨河城市综合发展的途径,为跨河城市以及生态景观城市规划建设提供参考。Based on the analysis of problems in the eco-watertown planning and construction in Linyi in Shandong Province,from satisfied the spate city water volume request the water project plan construction,the water safety requirements city flood-control works plan construction,the improvement water quality to promote the rivers quality the water ecology and the water environment project plan construction,the both banks development demand cross river and the traffic engineering plan construction,the water culture and aspects and so on project management plan construction along the river discusses has suited the cross river city integrated development the way,provided the reference for the cross river city as well as the ecology landscape urban planning construction.
