强化长江流域河道采砂现场监管工作对策

摘　　要：河道采砂现场监管工作是河道采砂管理的重要内容。《长江河道采砂管理条例》颁布施行9年来,长江河道采砂现场监管工作取得了显著成效,但还存在着一些问题。提出采取强化合作、打防并举的措施,即要继续依法深化对涉砂船舶的整治管理,继续深入开展水打与陆治相结合工作,继续做好监督检查工作,积极探索流域中小河流河道采砂的规范管理办法和措施,切实维护流域河道采砂管理秩序。The river sand mining site supervision is the important content of river channel sand mining management.Since the Yangtze River channel sand mining management regulations promulgated for nine years,the Yangtze River channel sand mining site supervision work has made remarkable achievement,but there are still some problems.Proposed take enhancing the cooperation,governance simultaneously measures,namely to continue to wade sand ship in accordance with the deepening of regulation management,continue to carry out in-depth land control combining with water governance to continue doing a good job,supervision and inspection,actively explore the stream channel sand mining of small watershed standard management measures to protect river channel sand mining management order.
