摘　　要：矿产资源开发在区域经济发展中扮演一个什么样的角色?国家或区域经济发展的实践说明,有"诅咒"也有"祝福"。学术界对这一问题的看法亦有正、反两方面观点,分别对"资源诅咒"现象进行经济学阐释与质疑。近20多年来,矿产资源开发与区域经济发展正、方两方面观点,似乎都离不开资源行业出现的巨额收益。矿产开发中的收益分配机制是否合理,相关制度是否健全,或许是资源丰裕区域规避或陷入"资源诅咒"的关键,也是未来需要进一步研究的重点问题。What kind of role is the development of mineral resources playing in the regional economic development？ The practice of the national or regional economic development shows that there are ＂curses＂ as well as ＂blessings＂.In the academic world,views on this issue are also divided into two opposites： positive and negative,giving economical interpretation and questioning on the phenomenon of ＂resource curse＂respectively.In the late 20 years,both positive and negative views on mineral resources development and regional economic development seem inseparable from the huge gains from the resource industry.Those issues like whether the income distribution mechanism during the mineral development is reasonable and whether the relevant system is sound perhaps are the key for rich-resource regions to avoid or fall into the ＂resource curse＂,they are also key issues to be studied in the future researches.
