摘 要:给出了考虑资源冲突、过程冲突和设计冲突等冲突起因的协同设计的数学描述模型,该模型表明冲突消解是一个多目标规划问题,通常只能得到Pareto解,并指出设计冲突消解是其难点。在考虑设计变量及其对设计目标的影响具有模糊性和冲突消解需要付出成本的基础上,提出了一种基于设计目标最大化的设计冲突消解算法。该算法引入了模糊等级值和设计变量的影响度等定义,通过比较消解成本和消解引起的设计目标波动值的相对大小,从而选择成本较小的算法,通过调整对总体设计目标影响最小的冲突设计变量的模糊等级值来消解冲突。最后,应用汽车摩擦片设计实例验证了该算法的有效性。a mathematic description model in collaborative design considering the conflict causes as resource conflict,process conflict and design conflict is given,and the model expresses the origin of conflict and shows that conflict resolution is a Multi-Objective Planning Problem,and only the Pareto Solution is obtained usually,and it is pointed put that design conflict resolution is the difficult points.Based on considering design variable and its influences on its design objectives having fuzziness and conflict resolution needing to pay the cost,a design conflict resolution algorithm based on design objective maximization is presented.The algorithm introduces definitions as fuzzy grade and influence degree of design variable,and by comparing the relative value of the cost of conflict resolution and the design objective fluctuation value of conflict resolution,the smaller cost algorithm is chosen,and the design conflict resolution completes by adjusting the fuzzy grade of the conflict design variable which has minimal influence on the overall design objectives.Finally,an example of automobile friction clutch design is used to show the validity of the algorithm.
