摘　　要：本文简要叙述了激光生物效应和弱激光生物刺激作用,阐述了激光照射血液所产生的生物学效应。在弱激光血管内照射疗法(ILLLIT)治疗后血液流变学指标均有显著改善的临床结果基础上,对该治疗方法的治疗机理进行了理论研究,叙述了弱激光对红细胞聚集指数和红细胞变形性的改善作用,并探讨其可能的作用机理。Objective： To present a brief description of biologic effect of laser and biology activating effect of low level laser.Methods： The biologic effect induced by blood irradiation with lasers quanta was explained generally.Results： Based on the clinic results that the intravascular low-reaction-level laser irradiation therapy（ILLLIT） can greatly improve the index of hemortheologic characteristics,theoretic study of this therapy mechanism was made,Conclusion： The improving action on red blood cell deformability and Erythrocyte aggregation of low level laser and its potential function mechanism are discussed.
