基本药物品规亟需规范

摘　　要：目的:为改变目前药品规格混乱的局面,确保患者安全、有效、经济、方便地用药提供参考。方法:根据《国家基本药物零售指导价格表》进行统计、分析。结果:基本药物品规较混乱,同一药品的规格数参差不齐,其中复方丹参的规格最多,达38种。结论:药品规格混乱,不利于国家对药品价格的控制,给招投标工作也带来诸多不便,也不便于医师开具处方和患者购药服药。我国亟需出台相关政策以规范药品规格。OBJECTIVE：To change the current chaotic situation of pharmaceutical specifications,and to provide reference for safe,effective,economical and convenient drug use.METHODS：National Retail Prices of Essential Drug List was analyzed statistically.RESULTS：Specifications of essential drugs were in a state of disorder.And one type of essential drug had various specifications,of which compound Danshen with 38 species of specifications accounted for the greatest number.CONCLUSION：The disordered pharmaceutical specification is not conducive to national drugs price control and bidding of essential drugs.It is also disadvantage to prescribe medicine and to purchase and take medicines.It is urgent to formulate relevant policy of pharmaceutical specifications in China.
