摘　　要：目的:为提高军队疗养院的药学服务能力提供参考。方法:依据《处方管理办法》的要求,总结我院基本药物的药学服务流程。结果:基本药物的药学服务涉及医疗管理机构、医师、药师、患者等方面;涉及组织机构、药品目录、医师药师签章备案、处方点评、药品遴选、药品通用名统计、药品数量统计、药品调配、患者监护等12个关口。结论:《处方管理办法》和基本药物制度的施行,为军队疗养院应用基本药物的药学服务打下了扎实的法规基础。军队疗养院应贯彻《处方管理办法》和基本药物制度,提高合理用药能力和药学服务能力。OBJECTIVE：To improve the pharmaceutical care in military sanatorium.METHODS：According to Prescription Management Regulations,the pharmaceutical care process of essential drugs in military sanatorium was studied.RESULTS：The pharmaceutical care of essential drugs involved four aspects,i.e.medical management institution,physician,pharmacist and patient.Twelve elements were included,i.e.organization,list of drug,signature of physician and pharmacist,remarks of prescription,selection of drugs,common name of drugs,quantity of drugs,drug dispensary,monitoring and nursing for patients,etc.CONCLUSION：The implementation of Prescription Management Regulations forms the base of pharmaceutical care of essential drugs in military sanatorium.Military sanatorium should promote rational use of drugs and pharmaceutical care by carrying out Prescription Management Regulations and diagnosis and Essential Drug System.
