摘　　要：针对气化室喷枪纯喷颗粒镁铁水脱硫普遍存在的问题,从脱硫工艺、喷枪结构、扒渣工艺、气化室粘渣清理维护与喷枪长寿命5个方面,介绍武钢的技术进步与实际应用效果。In light of the problems extensively existing in the hot metal desulphurization by injecting pure Mg granule using the lance with a gasification chamber the present paper introduces the technological advance and practical results of application proceeding from five aspects,namely desulphurization technology,lance structure,deslagging process,removal of the slag sticking on the gasification chamber and maintenance of the chamber and service life of the lance.
