摘 要:使用自制络合萃取剂,采用络合萃取法回收低质量分数醋酸水溶液中的醋酸,研究了初始醋酸和杂质质量分数对醋酸络合萃取平衡的影响;探讨了脉冲填料塔中醋酸稀溶液络合萃取工艺过程,考察了溶剂比、两相进料流量、脉冲间隔和脉冲压力对醋酸萃取率的影响,并确定了实验条件下的适宜操作工艺条件。结果表明,在溶剂比0.87~1.01,两相进料流量0.27L/h~0.37 L/h,脉冲间隔3s,脉冲压力0.068MPa下,醋酸萃取率可达96%~98%。Complexation-extraction process was used to separate acetic acid from its low concentration aqueous so- lution. The effects of the initial concentration of acetic acid and impurity on the extraction equilibrium were investigated. A self-made pulsed packed column was applied to study the complexation-extraction process. The effects of the ratio of two phases, the flows of two phases, the pulse interval time and the pulse pressure on the extraction rate of acetic acid were also investigated, and optimal operating condition obtained. The results showed that the extract efficiency can reach 96%, when the ratio of the two phases was from 0.87 to 1.01, the volume flows of two phases were from 0.27L/h to 0.37 L/h, the pulse interval time was 3s and the pulse pressure was 0.068MPa.
