生物造粒流化床反应器中污染物转移转化规律研究

摘  要:通过中试运行的结果并结合原水水质分析、混凝实验、吸附实验等,研究了生物造粒流化床反应器中典型污染物的转移转化规律。结果显示,生物造粒流化床反应器对COD、BOD_5、NH_3-N、TN去除作用中,混凝作用分别占到68.2%、65.2%、11.4%、15.8%,生物作用占到19.56%、16.85%、15.17%、21.17%;吸附作用很小。TP的去除率为94.89%,几乎全部靠混凝作用去除。由此得出,在生物造粒流化床反应器中各种典型污染物主要靠混凝作用和生物作用去除。Studies were made on the transfer and transformation rules of the typical pollutants in the fluidized-pel- let-bed bioreactor through the pilot test result in connection with the raw water analysis, coagulation experiment, adsorp- tion experiment, etc. The study result showed that in the FPB bioreactor, the removal efficiency of COD, BODs, NH3-N and TN by coagulation is respectively: 68.2%, 62.5%, 11.4% and 15.8%, and by biological degradation is respectively: 19.56%, 16.85%, 15.17% and 21.16%, while adsorption did not play an important role. The removal rate of TP is 94.89%, and that is almost done by coagulation. The conclusion is that in the FPB bioreactor, the removal of the typical pollutants is mainly by coagulation and biological action.
