摘　　要：介绍了新能凤凰(滕州)能源有限公司360kt/a甲醇装置合成气变换、低温甲醇洗及甲醇合成、甲醇精馏装置生产中存在的问题及解决措施,从变换炉操作、变换系统铵盐结晶、低温甲醇洗系统总硫控制及CO_2控制、制冷系统过滤网堵塞、甲醇合成结蜡、精馏出现质量波动等几个方面对工艺进行了改进,从而保证了系统的高效低耗运行。The operational problems occurred in the 360kt/t methanol plant were introduced and their remedies explained. The paper gave a general account about the improvement of the following： operation of the shift converter, the crystallization of the ammonium salt in the shift conversion system, the control of the total sulfur and CO2 in the Rectisol unit, the blocking of the filter in the refrigeration unit, the wax formation in the methanol synthesis unit, the fluctuation of the distillation unit, etc. Those improvements facilitate an operation with high efficiency and low consumption.
