摘　　要：针对140t/h干熄焦旋转焦罐控制系统在运行过程中存在的问题,从硬件和软件上进行了改进:硬件上更换APS装置可编程控制器为PLC,更换国产磁开关为进口光电感应式接近开关,增加系统二级保护;软件上对该系统存在的设计缺陷进行了改进,从而保障了干熄焦装置运行的顺利、稳定。The electric control system for the transfer of the CDQ （coke dry quenching） coke cans is crucial for the operation of the CDQ unit. The paper focuses primarily on the efforts made by staff of the Anyang Iron and Steel Company to improve the electric control system of the 140t/h CDQ unit. There used to be problems like the crane stopped working during the hoisting or moving operations, the motor-driven coke can crashed the APS oil tank, etc. To avoid such prob- lems, a PLC is installed for the APS, the home-made magnetic switch was replaced by an inductive one, and a secondary protection was supplemented for the system, besides, an improvement was made on the control system of the related soft- ware of the rotating coke can. Those revamping being made, the coke production became smooth and stable.
