摘 要:开发、研制、应用新型合成渣精炼技术,通过出钢过程合成渣渣洗、配加CaC2及顶渣改质,强化对钢水及炉渣的脱氧、脱硫,结果使钢包顶渣中(FeO+MnO)质量分数平均降到2.5%,脱硫率平均为17%。促进夹杂物凝聚和上浮,改善了钢水质量,减少了水口结瘤等现象,保证了连铸工艺顺行。减轻了LF等精炼装置的工艺负担,对于普通的低、微碳钢可不经LF精炼处理直接浇铸,提高了作业率,降低了成本。Research development and application of the new synthetic slag refining technology is carried out and by way of flushing the synthetic slag,adding CaC2 and modifying the top slag in the process of tapping the deoxidation and desulphurization of both the hot metal and the slag are intensified.The quality fraction of(FeO+MnO) in the top slag of the ladle is reduced to 2.5% and desulphurization rate reaches 17% averagely.The agglomeration and floating of the inclusions are accelerated and thereby the quality of the liquid steel is improved,nozzle clogging reduced and smooth operation of continuous casting proess ensured.Since the process burden for the LF refining equipments is alleviated and the common low and micro carbon steels can be casted directly without LF refining treatment the availability of facilities and the cost of production are improved.
