摘 要:根据汽车板对焊接性、成形性和涂镀性的要求,提出了在低碳低硅成分设计的基础上开发冷轧热镀锌用800MPa级高强度汽车用双相钢的基本思想,并通过合金元素Mo、Cr、Nb提高钢的淬透性和细化铁素体晶粒来达到设计力学性能。研究了Cr、Nb、Mo对低碳低硅双相钢组织和性能的影响,运用合金化设计和工艺设计配合的技术思想,使实验钢达到了强度要求。同时,在分析低碳低硅冷轧双相钢成分特点的基础上,提出了高强度冷轧镀锌双相钢的成分控制和冶炼工艺要求。In light of the requirements of weldability,formability and platability of the auto-sheets the basic concept of development of the hot dip galvanized cold rolled 800MPa grade high strength dual-phase steel sheets for automobile use is put forward on the basis of the low carbon and low silicon composition design.The designed mechanical properties are achieved by improvement of the hardenability and the refinement of the ferrite crystal through addition of the alloy elements such as Mo,Cr and Nb.The effects of Cr,Nb and Mo on the structures and properties of low carbon,low silicon dual-phase steel are studied and the strength requirments of the test steel are obtained by imple-mentation of the new technological concept namely combination of the alloying design with the process design.In the meanwhile on the basis of analysis of the composition characteristics of the low carbon low silicon cold rolled dual phase steel the requirements of the composition control and the refining process for the high strength hot dip galva-nized cold rolled dual phase steel are put forward.
