摘  要:在实验室利用管式电阻炉进行了钢液Ti-Al复合脱氧夹杂物诱导生成晶内针状铁素体(IGF)的研究,通过改变钢液成分及冷却速度来考察夹杂物粒子和冷却速率对生成IGF的影响。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对诱导生成IGF的Ti-Al复合夹杂物进行了分析。实验结果表明:控制钢液中Ti、Al含量和冷却速率,能大量生成尺寸为2μm左右呈球状的Ti-Al复合夹杂物。在一定的冷却速率下(10℃/s),这些夹杂物能诱导生成IGF。通过扫描电镜元素面扫描分析可以看到:Ti-Al复合脱氧产物中主要由Ti Ox、Al2O3和MnO组成。Formation of intra-granular ferrite(IGF) induced by Ti-Al complex deoxidization inclusions in the hot metal has been investigated in a tube resistance furnace in the laboratory.The effects of inclusions and cooling rate on the formation of IGF has been studied by changing the compositions of the hot metal and the cooling rate.The Ti-Al complex inclusions which induce the formation of IGF are analyzed by optical microscope and SEM.Experiment results show that large quantity of spherical Ti-Al complex inclusions in size of about 2 μm can be formed by controlling the Ti and Al contents in the hot metal.In a specific cooling rate(10 ℃/s)those inclusions will be able to induce formation of IGF.SEM observation results indicate that TiOx, Al2O3 and MnO are the main compositions of the Ti-Al complex inclusions.
