摘　　要：板坯连铸动态轻压下技术的关键工艺参数是压下区段、总压下量、压下率和压下速率。从工艺和设备条件两个方面考虑,对板坯连铸动态轻压下的总压下量和压下速率进行了分析计算;提出了计算轻压下工艺参数的方法,为动态轻压下软件应用提供了理论依据。The dynamic soft reduction technology and the key technical parameters such as position,ratio,total amount and rate of soft reduction for continuous casting are described in this paper.In consideration of two aspects,namely technology and equipments the total amount of reduction and reduction rate for the dynamic soft reduction of the slab continuous casting are calculated and analyzed;and the method for calculation of the parameters of the soft reduction process is put forward,thus the theoretical basis for application of the software of the dynamic soft reduction is provided.
