摘  要:为探寻适宜于吐鲁番极端干旱气候条件下成龄葡萄的节水栽培模式,以18年生无核白(V.Vinifera×V.Labrasca‘Thompson Seedless’)葡萄为材料,设置了部分根域限制结合微喷灌处理,调查了成龄葡萄的新梢生长、果实发育和产量等的变化。结果表明,部分根域限制与微喷灌结合的处理对葡萄植株叶面积生长、叶片光合速率、坐果率和果实可溶性固形物含量影响不大,但果粒重和产量增加,且单位面积耗水量约为常规沟灌的50%,节水效果显著。In order to develop a optimal planting and irrigation model for water-saving on grapevine in the Turfan Basin of Xinjiang province. 18 years old Thompson Seedless were selected as material to investigate the effect of partial root-zone restriction and micro sprinkling irrigation on the growth of shoot and fruit. The results showed that the treatment of partial root-zone restriction with micro sprinkling irrigation had little effect on the leaf area and net photosynthesis rate of leaf, fruit set rate and soluble solid content of fruit, but berry weight and yield increased more. The water consumption was about 50% by partial root-zone restriction with micro sprinkling irrigation than the irrigation-ditch model, the effect of water-saving was significant.
