红地球葡萄二次果花序分化过程初探

摘　　要：以红地球品种为试材,研究其二次果花序分化过程。从2006年5月2日开始,到8月29日为止,每7d取样一次进行电镜扫描观察。结果表明:红地球葡萄二次果的花序分化过程分为6个时期:未分化期、分化前期、第一花序原始体分化期、第二花序原始体分化期、花序缓慢分化期、冬芽萌动期。In order to investigate the inflorescence differentiation process far the second fruiting of grapevine in one growing season, grapevine cv. Red Globe was used as experimental material in the study. The samples which were scanned by electron microscopy （SEM） were collected every 7d from May 2 to August 29, 2006. The results showed that the inflorescence differentiation for the second fruit of Red Globe could be divided into six stages： pre-differentiation period, the early differentiation period, the first inflorescence primordium＇ s differentiation period, the second inflorescence primordium＇ s differentiation period, slow growth period, the winter buds sprout period.
