不同地区间日疟原虫裂殖子表面蛋白-1基因分型及序列分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析不同地区间日疟原虫裂殖子表面蛋白-1(PvMSP-1)基因多态性。[方法]用套式PCR扩增PvMSP-1基因,纯化测序,序列分析。[结果]45个间日疟原虫样本共扩增出470 bp片段11个,400 bp片段32个,混合型2个。13个测序样本包括了Sal-1和重组型,其中重组型占69.2%(9/13)。[结论]PvMSP-1存在广泛多态性。[Objective] To study the polymorphism of plasmodium vivax merozoite surface protein 1（PvMSP-1） genotypes.[Methods] Nested PCR was used to amplify PvMSP-1,the PCR product of PvMSP-1 was purified and sequenced,and the sequences were analyzed.[Results] In 45 isolates,two kinds of DNA fragment of 470 bp and 400 bp were produced respectively in 11 and 32 isolates,with 2 mixture infections.Totally 13 sequenced isolates revealed two genotypes among these isolates,namely,Sal-l and recombinant types,the rate of recombinant type was 69.2%（9/13） in sequenced isolates.[Conclusions] There exist highly polymorphisms for PvMSP-1.
