摘  要:介绍高原环境条件的特点及机车车辆电工电子产品的海拔分级,重点阐述海拔对产品绝缘性能、温升的影响和修正方法,高海拔地区对雷电和污染应采取的措施,简要叙述高海拔对电工电子产品灭弧性能、脱扣特性、换向及碳刷磨损、静电、密封及产品结构、辐射和表面防护等方面的影响,便于理解和执行TB/T3213—2009《高原机车车辆电工电子产品通用技术条件》。The authors introduce the characteristics of plateau environment and the altitude-based classification of electric and electronic products used on rolling stock. The paper focuses on the influence of altitude on insulation performance, temperature rise of those products and the corresponding methods used for modification, the measure that should taken in high altitude localities to deal with thunder, lightening and pollution. The authors also discuss the influence of high altitude on arc quenching performance, tripping characteristic, commutation carbon brush wearing, static electricity, sealing, structure, radiation, surface protection of electric and electronic products, in order to help understand and implement the standard TB/T 3213-2009 "General Technical Specification of Electric and Electronic Products Used on Rolling Stock for Plateau" .
