复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的了解复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法、模拟现场消毒试验及现场消毒试验方法对该消毒剂杀菌效果进行观察。结果用含有效氯500mg/L复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片溶液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用5min和10min,其杀灭对数值均>5.00,用含有效氯5 000mg/L复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用60min,其杀灭对数值均>5.00。用500mg/L复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片溶液浸泡消毒白色工作服作用20min,对白色工作服口袋内布片上污染的金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值各样本均≥4.00;用有效氯含量为500mg/L复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片溶液浸泡消毒黄瓜,作用10min,对黄瓜上污染的大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值各样本均≥3.00;有效氯含量为500mg/L复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片溶液,作用30min,对筷子上污染的大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值各样本均≥3.00;用500mg/L复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片溶液擦拭消毒物体表面作用30min,对自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为2.00。结论复方三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片对物体表面、织物、瓜果及食饮具均有较好的消毒效果。Objective To know the germicidal efficacy of effervescent tablet trichloroisocyanuric acid of compound.Method Observing the germicidal efficacy of this disinfectant by suspention quantative germicidal test,simulation field disinfection trial and field disinfection trial method.Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus bacteria were 5.00,both of the bacterias were exposed to the disinfectant solution which contain available chlorine 500mg/L for 5 min and 10 min.The killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtilis var.niger in suspension were 5.00,which exposed to the disinfectant solution contained available chlorine 5000mg/L for 60 min.White overalls pocket cloth which was contaminated by artificial bacteria Staphylococcus aureus dipped in disinfection solution containing available chlorine 500mg/L for 20 min was ≥4.00.Immersion cucumbers which contaminated by artificial bacteria escherichia coli into the disinfection solution for 10 min were ≥3.00.Immersion chopsticks contaminated by artificial bacteria escherichia coli into the disinfection solution for 30 min were ≥3.00.Wiping the table surface with the disinfection for 30 min were 2.00.Conclusions The effervescent tablet trichloroisocyanuric acid of compound has good efficacy for table surface,fabric,fruit and tableware disinfection.
