富马酸伊布利特治疗心律失常的不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的观察富马酸伊布利特(抗心律失常药)治疗心律失常所发生不良反应的类型及特点。方法 118例房扑、房颤患者,随机分为富马酸伊布利特组(A组)和普罗帕酮组(B组),每组59例。A、B组分别给予富马酸伊布利特1mg、普罗帕酮70mg,于10min内静脉泵入。观察2组转复率、转复时间及不良反应发生情况。结果转复率及转复时间,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);A、B2组分别有7例(11.86%)、19例(32.20%)发生不良反应(P<0.05),A组有6例发生于用药后1h以内,1例发生于用药后1～24h。结论富马酸伊布利特转复房扑、房颤的疗效优于普罗帕酮,且安全。Objective To investigate the drug reactions （ADR） of ibutilide fumarate Methods A total of 118 cases of patients types and features of in the treatment of arrh adverse ythmia. with atrial fibrillation or flutter were randomly divided into ibutilide fumarate group （group A ） and propafenone group （group B）, with 59 patients in each group. Group A and B were respectively administered with 1 mg ibutilide fumarate and 70 mg propafenone by intravenous pump within 10 minutes. After that, the conversion rate, conversion time and ADR of the two groups were observed. Results The conversion rate and conversion time of group A showed significant differences compared with those of group B （P 〈 0. 05） ; 7 patients （ 11.86% ） and 19 patients （32.20%） respectively occurred ADR （P 〈 0. 05） ; in group A, 6 occurred within 1 hour after drug administration and only 1 occurred after 1 -24 hours. Conclusion Ibutilide fumarate has a better therapeutic effect in treating patients with atrial fibrillation or flutter, it has a few ADR. Ibutilide fumarate is safe and effective.
