摘　　要：血清杀菌活性(SBA)是综合反映抗菌药物的药代动力学与药效学的重要参数,本文综述了SBA的定义、测定方法、临床意义及应用价值。Serum bactericidal activity （SBA） is a important index on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of antibacterial drugs. This article reviews the definition, determination methods, clinical sinificant and impliation value of SBA.
