摘 要:设计了具有多波段聚焦功能的光子筛,并对其进行了仿真分析。利用菲涅耳-基尔霍夫标量衍射理论的极坐标形式对远场下的基于菲涅耳波带片的光子筛进行聚焦分析,仿真结果表明:光子筛具有超瑞利衍射极限的聚焦特性,并且能抑制菲涅耳波带片聚焦时的高阶衍射和旁瓣效应。对光子筛进行光谱扫描分析后得到:光子筛具有很好的波长选择特性。基于光子筛的此性质,设计了可以对多个波长的入射光在指定位置进行同时聚焦的光学器件。具有多波长聚焦功能的光子筛在多焦点成像、仿生学等领域具有广泛的应用。The design and simulative analysis of the photon sieve,which was able to focus laser beams of multiple wavelengths,were presented.Based on the theory of Fresnel-Kirchhoff scalar diffraction,the focusing characters in the far field of single-wavelength photon sieve made in Fresnel Zone Plates were discussed.The simulation results show that the size of the focusing spot of the photon sieve is smaller than the diameter of the Airy Disk.And high-order diffraction and side-lobe effect in the focusing field of the Fresnel Zone Plates can be suppressed successfully.A spectrum scanning was carried out upon the photon sieve.The transmission intensity curve shows that the wave filtering property of photon sieve is excellent.Based on this property,a photon sieve was designed,which could focus beams of multiple wavelengths on the specified focus.This novel multiple-wavelength photon sieve will be applied widely in many domains,such as multiple-focus image and bionics.
